There is no file type limit, sCloud will allow you to add any file type to your Cloud.

YES, sCloud is completely FREE to use, including... uploading, downloading and viewing files, although we do provide premium services that provide extra features like file synching/backup/restore, FTP & more. You can find out about the premium features & services we offer here.
What is the maximum Storage sCloud offer?
sCloud offer average -(500 TB) amount of storage.
How secure is sCloud?

Can I use FTP to connect to sCloud as a alternative option?
Yes, FTP is available as a premium feature, you can find your FTP connection details in your account section on my sCloud or on the app... more info on sCloud FTP here
Does sCloud Provide Web Hosting?
We are currently implementing this service and will have this rolled out by the end of march 2021 to premium users only.
Trouble Shooting - upload issues ?
There are a few different things that can stop you from being able to successfully add any data to your account on sCloud.
Here listed are some reasons you may not be able to upload any files to your account.
- Account username must be valid, although you shouldn't be able to create an account with an invalid username as sCloud will automaticillay notify you on creating an account but older sCloud systems allow users to sign up with an email address as the username if this is the case you won't be able to upload any data and should therefor change your account name accordingly.
- Permissison Access, special permssions are required on android devices to allow access to your file system so that sCloud can safely upload data to your account,so if the required permission is not enabled then this will stop you from being able to add any data on sCloud.

How to upload files?
Firstly make sure you have enabled permissions from with in the app settings before attempting to upload any media to sCloud storage as the app needs permissions to access your storage where your files are stored so that the app can access files to be uploaded with out any issues, although you may automatically be presented with a (allow permissions screen) apon attempting to upload any files depending on application version, premium users can take advantage of using FTP to access sCloud as an alternative to using the app alone.
